We're finally catching up on posting our Alaska photos and videos, now that we've been back in Spokane for almost a week. The one below is from July 7, when Tracey, Maeve, Grandma Kay, and I all visited Jim and Carol—Kay and Ed's friends since their early years in Alaska in the 1960s—at their house in Palmer, about 40 miles north of Anchorage. Mac and Jeannette, also long-time family friends, were there too. We had a delicious dinner and a good time, and Maeve got to play with some different toys, including the dancing gopher from Caddyshack.
